SANDRA'S CARROT APPLE PINEAPPLE RAISIN SALAD

This is the quickest and healthiest salad
ever to prepare - we all generally have
these ingredients on hand..

INGREDIENTS

***Salad:
-3 cups grated carrots
-1 grated apple, peeled, cored (I like to use a sweet brand)
-½ cup raisins
-1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained

***Dressing:
-1/4 cup mayonnaise
-2 teaspoons lemon juice
-1 teaspoon sugar

METHOD

In a medium bowl, whisk all the dressing ingredients until sugar is dissolved.  Using a food processor or box grater, grate carrots and apple and add to bowl; add the raisins and pineapple, and fold to combine. Refrigerate for one hour for flavors to meld. - Toss and serve ~ Enjoy!
